Once a business has made the commitment to invest in a new or refurbished machine it is essential that the experience of all involved is positive and the end result is confidence in the chosen product.

We have a vast amount of knowledge on installation projects from within our team, from large roll outs for PLC’s, to small one off requests, both UK and international which brings experience and value to our installation offering.

Our managers are all trained, and have a vast amount of experience in project management, coffee and hot drinks industry and install projects so are fully equipped to understand the needs of your installation requirements. 

All large projects will be provided with a dedicated point of contact who will work with your business to plan and meet requirements, delivering on time, to an agreed specification ensuring minimum disruption and maximum profit.

Many of our customers take the opportunity to opt for pre-installation site surveys. We can assist in this by checking sites for access, correct water, waste and electrical supply as well as other aspects of the services that are required to be correct before the installation of machines such as ensuring there is enough space to install the machine in the requested area. We will make recommendations based on the site survey on any changes that need to be made in order for the installation to go ahead right first time avoiding the risk of an aborted install on the planned day. 

In addition to this and in connection with planned maintenance we can test the water for the PH scale at each site to determine the change frequency and capacity of filters which will reduce faults relating to limescale meaning less downtime due to breakdowns. 

On the day of installation one of our highly skilled and trained engineers will be on site to ensure that the equipment is installed in line with the manufacturer’s specification. We pride ourselves on customer service, the engineer will engage with the site staff professionally and ensure they are left excited by the installed product. 

The equipment will be set up as requested, to use your on-site products and branding.

We offer an onsite training session following the installation of equipment, this is paramount in ensuring the equipment is used and maintained properly which will reduce the number of minor issues staff have post installation. We will ensure during the session we teach your staff to clean the machine, using the correct products at the right time which will ensure the quality of your drink. 

In addition to this we will ensure that the training supports the site in showing them how to get the best quality drink out of the machine meaning the experience for the end user is great.

Once the installation is complete our work is not done. We can assist with carrying out proactive post installation calls to sites to ensure that there are no teething issues and support technically where necessary. 

The majority of call-outs to new machines are due to user error, we can remotely solve the majority of these over the telephone with our customer service team who are all technically trained.
