Starting the business in 2000, Paul lead and directed the business through strategic growth which ultimately lead to an acquisition for the successful business in 2013. Paul is passionate about delivering quality customer service and exceeding the expectations of customers. Paul's management of business was centred around establishing mid to long term partnerships with providers, professionals, practitioners, NHS funders and customers which was pivotal to the success of the overall business.
