Who are we?

Field Service Solutions are field service and re-manufacture experts with over 18 years of experience within the industry.

Our field service and refurbishment expertise ranges from coffee to water. We cover traditional coffee machines, bean to cup as well as grinders and on the go coffee stations.

Our goals are to reduce service cost, increase customer retention, deliver an excellent level of customer service and reduce service complexity.

Maintenance & PSSR

The heartbeat of your coffee offer needs to be routinely and professionally maintained to ensure your customers receive optimum quality. We offer a national service with local care. Coffee machines require their planned maintenance in line with manufacturer guidance, water filters exchanged regularly, and for every machine fitted with a pressure boiler there is a legal requirement for the owner to have a written scheme of examination. On behalf of your business we can manage the maintenance of machines leaving you reassured that the machine is always in the best working order and legal.

Reactive Calls

We understand that when a machine is not operational revenue is being lost. Our team of fully trained field engineers are ready to react quickly and are equipped to solve faults and problems reducing the downtime and minimising disruption to business.


We are dedicated to making the right impression on your behalf at the first opportunity, we can ensure that the installation of a new machine whether bean to cup, traditional or other equipment gives us a first class experience leaving the end user confident in the chosen product.

We take cradle to grave approach, supporting you from the planning stages to implementation and training as required.


From machines to components we can provide you with a solution. Our new workshop means we can re-manufacture machines and refurbish components with the experience of our in-house skilled team. Included in the portfolio of machines we work on are traditional coffee machines, bean to cup, water, hot water boilers and water machines. This gives us the ability to provide customers with a cost-effective alternative to purchasing costly parts or new machines. In addition to saving on costs there is an environmental advantage saving energy, landfill and reducing pollution.

Not Just Coffee

We are extremely passionate about coffee, and the entire team love nothing more than to enjoy a great cup of coffee, however, we do more than just coffee!

We have extensive knowledge within our internal teams in different areas including water machines, brewery equipment, hot water, vending, telemetry and payment solutions. We collaborate with other partners who support us in a knowledge base about various types of machines, in particular we can assist in the service and maintenance of the majority of catering equipement. Kris has over 19 years’ experience within field service and field service operations, having worked through a wide variety of field service and service operations functions.

Kris has turned his hand to consulting roles around field service strategy and development with a keen passion on working with partners and customers to enhance the service levels, drive down costs to increase capacity and build enhanced service reputation with manufacturers.

Kris brings a creative and solution-centred approach to all opportunities with a keen desire to exceed customer’s satisfaction.

Kris’ experience within coffee and water companies as well as service delivery partners, has resulted in delivering significant solutions in cost reduction, resource optimisation, customer retention, continuous improvement, service strategy and profitability resulting in business growth.
