Our customer

Marco is a manufacturer and distributor of coffee machines and other drinks dispensing equipment. Its machines can be found in a wide range of establishments all over the world, and they have a particular specialism in the supply of equipment to the maritime and cruise ships market.

The challenge

When we began working with Carnival, the cruise ship operator, we inherited a number of Marco machines that required either installation or servicing. It also became necessary for us to supply more Marco machines for use on Carnival’s ships, and our relationship with the company developed from there.

Our solution

Because our engineers are experts in the full range of coffee machines and water boiler systems, we have been able to install, service and repair the Marco machines very effectively, and we continue to install the company’s equipment. Such has been our success that we continue to service some of Marco’s other maritime customers too, offering them the same reliable and efficient service that we deliver on Carnival’s ships.
