As a valued customer of Field Service Solutions, we wanted you to be the first to know that we have made improvements to our processes to ensure you feel fully supported in the services we provide you.

We have implemented a new complaints structure, so should you ever feel we’ve fallen short you can reach out and log the details, we can then investigate and find if any errors have occurred. We always strive to get our services right 1st time, but we know as we grow this isn’t always perfect and your feedback will really help us develop better structures for the future

To make sure we handle your problem and get this fully resolved quicker and more efficiently, we have a dedicated point of contact where your problem will be dealt with by our team.
