To avoid reactive call outs we recommend that you take up one of our maintenance contracts or keep the service of machines regular to reduce the risk of reactive calls, however in the event that a machine fails we will minimise disruption to your business by getting the machine up and running at the earliest opportunity.
Our in house customer service team will initially work with machine users to resolve issues over the telephone, we have a high success rate on this. Where this is not achievable we will be with you as quickly as possible.
We offer a range of contracts to provide planned maintenance and back up reactive calls that can accommodate everything from a coffee shop owner to large corporate estates.
We have a network of fully trained engineers that cover the whole of the United Kingdom, vehicles are fitted with tracking technology and hold stocks for machines that are regularly worked on. Our cloud based service management also gives our customers the ability to have reports on callouts as soon as they are completed.
Both our field based engineers and our office based staff are always available to discuss queries you may have on reactive calls, we can talk you through how the fault occurred and what was wrong with your machine and give advice on repeat callouts.
We offer both a standard and premier annual contract which include reactive calls, however if your requirements need to be tailor made we are more than happy to discuss the detail. If a contract is not for you, we offer call outs on a pay as you go basis however this can be costly in particular when services are not kept up to date.
