Our service desk is a key hub for our business, and Danielle makes sure it’s optimised to deliver the highest levels of service for our customers. From day-to-day management to streamlining processes and carrying out regular performance reviews, she helps us focus on customer satisfaction as we continue to expand and grow. Coffee purists may mock her choice of mocha as her favourite cup – but there’s no mocking her commitment to charity, particularly Sands, for which she’s raised hundreds of pounds.
