Since joining us as a Field Service Engineer in 2021, Neil has helped countless customers deliver on their promises by keeping their coffee machines well maintained and operating smoothly. With so much experience behind him, it’s no surprise that his responsibilities have grown, and he now works hard to make sure customers and colleagues have the support systems in place to keep our standards high. When it comes to coffee, he chooses a sweet espresso or americano – the perfect accompaniment to one of his beloved superhero movies.
