I am an experienced service and operations leader with over 20 years of expertise in driving customer service excellence, operational performance, and team development. As Head of Service, I am passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences while building high-performing teams and efficient service operations.

 Outside of work, I am married and a proud mother of 2 daughters. I enjoy spending time with my family and travelling in my tourer caravan.
